Abstract submission deadline: 15th January, 2026
There is no fee for submission of an abstract, but if you do not register and pay the outstanding registration fee in full by the deadline, the abstract will not appear in the programme.
Abstracts that do not meet these formatting requirements will be returned. The organizing committee reserves the right to edit abstracts for clarity or correctness of English, but will consult the author if any significant changes are needed.

- Landscape : Will be displayed on a 52 inch LED Screen
- Aspect Ratio : 16:9 or 1920 x 1080 pixels
- Margin clearance on all sides - 1.5 to 2cm
Content Specifications
- Title : At the top - In BOLD
- Names of authors : Immediately below the Title (First, Second, Third...)
- Institute / Organisation : Underneath author names
